Final Reflection (The Last of Arizona Part 6)

Three weeks. Two cameras. One man desperately speedrunning all his favorite photography spots.

It’s a cool Saturday morning as I hand off my keys to the leasing office and get into my car.

The drive ahead of me is long, but I’m ready. After all, I’ve been dreaming of this day for ages.

It still doesn’t feel real. First Holbrook, then Santa Fe, then Pueblo and finally Colorado Springs and Denver.

Even as I’m looking forward to moving into my apartment, it still doesn’t feel real. And as much as I despise Arizona, there’s still a lot about it that I’m going to miss.

All of my friends, my coworkers, ALPHA, and all my old photo spots.

Even with the amount of time I had, I still missed quite a few spots and I still didn’t get to say goodbye to a lot of the people that I’ll miss.

Getting out of Arizona, as much as I hated it, is still bittersweet.
